Our experienced French Chef Franck Lamache, once a private chef to the President of Kazakhstan, has worked in many renowned outlets which include Hôtel de Crillon, Paris (Les Ambassadeurs), Alain Ducasse, and former 3-star Michelin restaurant Taillevent. Always in pursuit of light, refined and healthy cuisine, all his dishes are truly authentic French cuisine.
