Love is in The Air

Recently we had a very special and heartwarming occasion at our restaurant, a romantic marriage proposal. One of our customers had chosen our restaurant as the place where he wanted to set the foundation and starting point for a new life of togetherness.

Therefore our team was prepared, and the entire plan was kept a secret until the right time had finally arrived. Our chef and his team had prepared a special menu for the night that would suit the romantic atmosphere; by adding the couple’s favorite savory dishes and desserts, and our bar crew was ready and prepared as well with the couples most desired cocktails and wines to round up a suitable menu for the magical night, all served on a table that was decorated with flowers of our customers choice.

With candles in the pool shaping the words “I Love You” and a great finishing with a small firework, the entire proposal set up ended up to be a great success and our customer was really happy with the results as the night turned out just as he had desired.

A camera team that was covered up as an in house commercial photographer team and a videographer were also hired to capture each and every moment of the proposal night, to keep and capture every moment for the future.

Joyeuses Pâques

Today we had our first Easter brunch at the restaurant, and a cozy feeling of love, togetherness and happiness was in the air. The rooms were filled with smiling faces and family members that were celebrating this special occasion with us.

Even though the weather did not quite play along, all in all, it was a delightful experience.

Our Chef and his team had come up with an Easter brunch menu which featured items such as Roasted Lamb with Garlic and Rosemary, Sleeper Lobster with Lemon Butter sauce and to suit the celebration a Chocolate Easter egg on a plate filled with tiny chocolate eggs served with ice cream and other sweet delights.

Since this occasion had such a refreshing turn out for us and our team we will definitely come up with more interesting food and service ideas to make your stay at our restaurant memorable.

Sunday Brunch

Every Sunday we are inviting you to come and enjoy a relaxing Sunday brunch at Maison Francaise.   Where you can thrill your taste buds with our wide entrée, Ratatouille and desert spread and enjoy a free flow of red and white French wines.

The Sunday brunch menu has three courses, the first serving has tasty and light dishes such as a tray of brioche, bread toast, baguette, jam, honey, butter followed by Scallops Salad with clam’s, Smoked Salmon with green salad and Scrambled eggs with mushroom.

Course number two has four savory dishes, Lamb confit with tomato sauce, Chicken sausage with onion, Red Snapper with lemon butter sauce and                                                              Green bean with ratatouille.

Finally the last course is the dessert course with tasty treats like, Passion Fruit mousse, Ice cream or sorbet and Chocolate cake with a glass of champagne.

ABSOLUTE CHARIF Art Exhibition at Maison Francaise

On March 5th we started a new art exhibition with a great gallery launch event here at Maison Francaise. We changed our showcased art works featuring the multifaceted artist Gustavo Charif, as he presented some of his new pieces.

Charif who is also known as “stateless” was born in 1966 in Buenos Aires, Argentinia, where he lives and works on several art genres ranging from fine arts to movies. He has been traveling the globe to showcase his art, and share his passion with the people.

most of Charif’s fine art  is brought to life by using acrylic paints, drawings, collages and various objects to create detailed artworks with a touch of humor.

Two artworks that Charif has created are inspired by two sculptures, one of them was created by or attributed to Pablo Picasso (On the right), and another sculpture which was made by Salvador Dali (On the left).

In general Charif’s art is eye catching, balanced, inspiring and definitely something for those that enjoy great and modern art which abstractness is refreshing and interesting, as each work tells a different and new story.

Therefore, we at Maison Francaise would like to welcome you to view his art, or perhaps if you desired, purchase any of his pieces which are showcased here at our restaurant.

Tea Time at Maison Francaise

This month we finally started off with our new tea time here at Maison Francaise, so you
can spoil your senses even further with Canneles, tarts, entremets, crepes and other sweet delights our pastry chef has specially prepared for you.

We also have a big variety of different teas, Coffees, and other refreshing and rejuvenating  beverages you can enjoy in a relaxing ambiance, where your satisfaction is our priority.

So if you’re afternoon in other places does not provide you with that pampered feeling of satisfaction and enjoyment you were hoping for when you walked into the door,then you should definitely come and give our afternoon tea time a try. So we can provide you with an afternoon tea experience you surely will never forget.

Our French high tea will be served daily from Tuesday – Sunday 1:00pm to 5:00pm.
